Circle Circus and wheels. The Scallop circles move like cogs. It was for a Just add Ink challenge which was just add wheels.
So Saffron, Soft Suede, Melon mambo with a hint of Old Olive. Topped with a clear brad and a hello from Tiny Tags. I got the idea from my lovely downline Jodie who I've cased this from. Hope she doesn't mind!!
